Unfortunately, at this time we have not setup any Shipping Processes, thus all orders placed online must be picked up in-peron. Purchases can be made online, wherein a confirmation email will be sent informing you that we have successfully received your order. Once your payment has been fully processed and we ready your order, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order is now ready for pick-up from our Yorkville Avenue boutique location. Throughout this period, you are able to access your order information as well as your account information at any time by going to the My Account section at the top of our website.

Our client’s satisfaction has always been our number one priority and goal. As such, you are able to cancel your order at any time prior to picking it up. Simply give us a call at +1-416-873-4641 and give us your Order number and we will cancel the order for you. Please note however, this policy is only for in-stock or “as-is” items only and not for any custom-fashioned pieces. Clearance item orders can also be cancelled at any time prior to pick-up, however once Clearance items have been picked up and officially left our store, we are unable to provide any sort of reimbursement on them. If you purchase an in-stock or “as-is” item that requires no modification, then the processing time is usually 7-10 business days. This period is made up of two parts: payment processing and order readying. We use PayPal and Stripe as our online payment services and it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for these services to fully process your online payment. Once this portion of the Order Process is complete, we then begin readying your order for pick-up. This phase can take anywhere from 3-5 business days well, depending on the specific item that you have ordered. In general, from the time an order is placed to the time that an email is sent notifying that the order is ready for pick up is 7-10 business days, but that can be shorter or longer depending on the specific piece ordered.

Rads Jewellery accepts order from all countries around the world, thus living outside Canada is not an issue. The Order Process for orders placed outside Canada is identical to those placed within the country. You place your order online, we send you initial order confirmation email, we wait until online payment has been processed, we then ready your order, you receive order-ready confirmation email, and the order is picked up. The only difference in this chain of processes is the final step: order pick up. Many clients have friends or family pick orders up for them, which we welcome. The only condition we stress with this is that you must inform us of the person picking the order up and provide us with their personal information (their name, email, phone number, and address). Upon your friend or family member coming in to pick the order up, we will check their ID to see if it matches with the information you have provided us before handing him or her the order. After your order has been pick up, we will send a final email notification informing you that your order has officially been completed and been pick up.

As always, Rads Jewellery is committed 100% to our client’s satisfaction, which is why we provide a full-money back policy on all order. Should you for any reason not be satisfied with your purchase, do not hesitate to get in contact with us via phone/email or simply drop-in at our Yorkville Avenue boutique location. There are only two product categories in which we cannot unfortunately provide a Return or Exchange, which are our custom-fashioned pieces and our Clearance items. As much as we would like to ensure your satisfaction, we apologize that we cannot provide reimbursement for these types of products.
