Rads Jewellery is committed to our clientele’s satisfaction, which is why we offer a full money-back guarantee. From the time an order is picked up, you have 30 to bring it back for a full refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your order purchase (in-store) or order pick up (from online), then we unfortunately cannot offer you any sort of reimbursement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new and unused condition that you purchased it at. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. ring box, pendant box, etc.) and come with the appropriate receipt for proof of purchase. Once these conditions have been met, we will gladly refund you for your order.

 

Unfortunately, as we have not setup any physical Shipping Processes, we also cannot accept any refunds from returns that are shipped to us at the moment. To return your product, you must drop by our Yorkville Avenue boutique location in-store where we will gladly complete your refund for you in-person.

We are actively working on setting up Shipping for our boutique and hope to both be able to send our products to you via shipping as well as accept returns via shipping. Unfortunately however, as it stand we are unable to provide any sort of refund service outside of you physically coming in to our store.
