We strive to promptly process and ship all in-stock orders within 5 business days. For custom or personalized pieces, we dedicate extra time to ensure meticulous craftsmanship, typically taking between 5 and 15 business days to create before they are ready for shipment.

The delivery time depends on the shipping rate you choose during checkout and is in addition to the shipping time we have specified. For instance, if our website indicates a shipping time of 5 business days and you opt for the 2-4 day option, you can anticipate your delivery to arrive within 7 to 9 days. If unforeseen circumstances occur, your items may take longer to arrive. All orders over $250 come with complimentary shipping.

 

Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited delivery and do not see an option available during checkout, don't worry! Contact us at info@radsjewellery.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request and explore options to expedite the process for you.

Please note that while your chosen shipping method won't impact the production time of your piece (which remains fixed), we'll work diligently to expedite the shipping process.

 

Tracking Orders

Once we've fulfilled your order, you'll receive an email from us containing a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor and follow the journey of your jewelry as it makes its way through the marvelous world of mail.

 

Local Pickup

We are delighted to offer the convenience of in-person pickup at our Yorkville Avenue showroom. Simply choose "Pick Up" as your delivery method during checkout, and you'll receive additional details regarding the pickup location and schedule.
